| Why do you want to become a nanny? |
| First of all, I know that it is hard to find someone who is trustworthy to take care of your children. I understand that, and want to be that person. I love kids, one day hope to have my own, and in the meantime want to be a nanny. My older sister is a nanny and loves it. From my previous experience, I have always loved it, and want to start again. I think that it is fun, I learn from the kids, form great relationships, but will also be a mentor if needed, a tutor, a teacher , a helper, and someone the children (and parents) can rely on. I am looking for something not temporary, but to be able to build a good foundation with the family and children. |
| Describe your past childcare experience: |
| To start off, I come from a family of 5. I have help take care of my siblings from maybe 12 - current. I am great with kids, and started my first official babysiting/ nanny job the summer of my freshman year of highschool. Since then I have picked up various jobs to whomever has needed them. I also have a nephew who is 2 years old of whom I care for as well. I was always the one taking care of the babies and children at family functions especially on holidays. I am great with Infants and love all ages of kids, and have watched all ages. I Have always been around children, and feel that I have plenty of experience. And that you would have nothing to worry about. Trust is a key factor in deciding, and I want to assure you I have been brought up in a great family with great morals and values. I also have a background in Nutrition and Wellness. |

| A little bit about myself. I am 23 years old, with a degree in Nutrition and Wellness. I am currently going for my Masters in Public Health. I live in Lombard, and know the surrounding areas pretty well. I can cook very well, I can clean, organize , do laundry, run errands, iron, some sewing if needed, and pretty much run a household if needed. I am certified in Sanitation, I have worked in a hospital, dentist office, to even Starbucks . I am very diverse, love culture, and love to learn about other cultures. I can sing, play the piano, and am a true blue girly girl, but am just as much a tomboy if needed. All in all, I know I can bring a lot to the table as a nanny and would be worth the investment to work with your children. |
