I love being a nanny because it allows me to develop a better relationship with children and their families. Daycare just feels too impersonal and I love being able to help children develop and grow. Being a nanny also gives me the opportunity to help prepare small children for school and make sure that they are developing on track.

My past childcare experience: I have been a nanny for one family in particular for the past two years and have loved watching their son grow from a tiny newborn to the rambunctious boy he is today.
