My past childcare experience: My beautiful nieces are the reason for my interest in to the field of childcare. I have been there for them since the second they came into this world. There was no responsibility, including bathing, feeding, changing, dressing and overall supervision, that I did not complete to my fullest capability. I have also been a positive influence into the mental and physical development of my nieces. This has always been my major goal when working with children. This goal has also been achieved during my position as third grade teachers aid and director of the after school care program for the past nine years at . My job title as an aid and extended supervisor requires me to be responsible for children from the ages of 3-14. I am CPR and first aid certified, along with having my ECE units.
